This document outlines how we use cookies on the www.pontoonproject.eu site.

Lang ( cdn.syndication.twimg.org; session) - remembers the user's selected language version of a website.

Personalization_id (twitter.com; 2 Years) – Set by twitter, this cookie allows visitors to share content from the website onto their Twitter profile.

_widgetsettings (twitter.com; persistent) - purpose is pending but may relate to the use of the Twitter widget in the footer of our website.

CacheStorageVersion (facebook.com; persistent) – used to track visitors on multiple websites, in order to present relevant advertisements based on the visitor's preferences.

FR (facebook.com; 3 months) – Used by Facebook to deliver a series of advertisement products such as real time bidding from third party advertisers.

GPS (youtube.com; 1 day) – Registers a unique ID on mobile devices to enable tracking based on geographical GPS location.

i/jot/syndication (twitter.com; session) – purpose pending.

IDE (doubleclick.net; 2 years) – used by Google DoubleClick to register and report the website user's actions after viewing or clicking one of the advertiser's ads, with the purpose of measuring the efficacy of an ad and present targeted ads to the user.

Test_cookie (doubleclick.net; 1 day) – used to check if the user's browser supports cookies.

Tr (facebook.com; Session) - Used by Facebook to deliver a series of advertisement products such as real time bidding from third party advertisers.

VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE (youtube.com; 179 days) – Tries to estimate the user's bandwidth on pages with integrated YouTube videos.

YSC (youtube.com; Session) – Registers a unique ID to keep statistics of what videos from YouTube the user has seen.

Yt-remote-cast-installed (youtube.com; Persistent) – stores the user's video player preferences using embedded YouTube video.

Yt-remote-connected-devices (youtube.com; Persistent) – stores the user's video player preferences using embedded YouTube video.

Yt-remote-device-id (youtube.com; Persistent) – stores the user's video player preferences using embedded YouTube video.

Yt-remote-fast-check-period (youtube.com; Session) – stores the user's video player preferences using embedded YouTube video.

Yt-remote-session-app (youtube.com; Session) – stores the user's video player preferences using embedded YouTube video.

Yt-remote-session-name (youtube.com; Session) – stores the user's video player preferences using embedded YouTube video.
